Business terms and conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by [Name of Business or Company] (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). By using our services, the client confirms that they are familiar with and accept these Terms and Conditions.


2. Service Area

We provide services in Zagreb and the surrounding areas, and by agreement also in other locations throughout Croatia. Additional travel costs outside the standard service area are charged according to a separate agreement.


3. Description of Services

We provide property maintenance and cleaning services for houses, apartments, vacation rentals, pools, gardens, and other facilities, including:

  • Regular and one-time cleaning
  • Pool and garden maintenance
  • Seasonal property preparation
  • Emergency interventions after storms, severe weather, or flooding
  • Other services by agreement

4. Quotes and Pricing

All prices are determined individually depending on the type of service, property size, work complexity, and location. Quotes may be informative or final, depending on prior inspection of the property condition.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.


5. Service Scheduling

Service appointments are arranged in advance. In the event of bad weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure, the Service Provider reserves the right to reschedule the appointment.


6. Client Obligations

The client is required to:

  • Provide access to the property at the agreed time
  • Ensure basic conditions necessary for performing the service
  • Report any existing damage or special requirements before the work begins

7. Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • Existing damage prior to the start of the service
  • Damage caused by worn-out installations or equipment
  • Delays caused by force majeure, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

Any complaints must be reported no later than 24 hours after the service has been completed.


8. Payment Terms

Payment can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or by another agreed payment method. Payment deadlines for legal entities are defined according to the issued quote or invoice.


9. Appointment Cancellation

Appointment cancellations must be announced at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge for travel expenses or the reserved appointment time.


10. Privacy and Data Protection

Clients’ personal data is used exclusively for communication, quotations, and service execution purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.


11. Final Provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court according to the registered office of the Service Provider.
