How can I be sure that my property is in safe hands?

Safety and trust are our priority. We document each "tour" with photos, and you receive a report immediately after the visit (WhatsApp, email). We work discreetly and professionally, as if it were your own home.

How often do make tours?

You choose the frequency — we offer monthly, weekly or multiple arrivals per week. We also offer customized services depending on your needs (e.g. while you are on a longer trip).

What is your mail pickup?

We collect all mail from your mailbox, inform you about important documents, and, by arrangement, we can also organize bill payments.

Do you also take care of plants?

Yes — we water the plants regularly and keep them in good condition while you are away.

What if a malfunction or problem occurs?

If we notice a malfunction (water leak, appliance failure, power outage, etc.), we will notify you immediately and, if necessary, organize a service . We do everything with your confirmation.

How do I get a property condition report?

After each tour, we send you photos and a short description of the condition via the channel that suits you best (WhatsApp, e-mail). Of course we have service and camera installation!
